Kull and the Barbarians #2
Kull and the Barbarians v1 #2, 1975 - Wandering the African continent, the pious Solomon Kane encounters a pair of bloodthirsty attackers. Written by Robert E. Howard, this tale accompanies the main story featuring King Kull. Neal Adams' skillfully applied inks complement Alan Weiss' pencils, mostly due to their similar styles. Adams' influence is stronger on the first few pages, especially on the characters' faces. Bernie Wrightson contributes his own version of Kane. The frontispiece showcases the artist's dramatic use of light and shadow. Other artists in this bronze age magazine include Howard Chaykin. This is 1 of 1 Kull and the Barbarians issues by Adams and 1 of 1 Kull and the Barbarians issues by Wrightson
