Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #262 |
Walt Disney's Comics and Stories v1 #262, 1962 - Looking for indian artifacts in desert, Donald Duck and his nephews run across a gathering of motorized mini-bikers. Simple and straightforward,
Carl Barks' artwork just meets expectations. Panels are uniformly sized, although layouts vary. He reserves his best visual gag toward the end, as the ducks cross over a land bridge that's not what it seems. This story was later reprinted in
Walt Disney Comics Digest #42. Other artists in this silver age comic include Paul Murry. This is 222 of 280
