Six-Gun Heroes #47 |
Six-Gun Heroes v1 #47, 1958 - A confrontation ensues when a new hand arrives and challenges the older, tougher ranch foreman. Surprisingly short, this Al Williamson tale is far too minimal and demonstrates a lack of effort. Angelo Torres capably inks the first page pencils (see interior page above) but seems to abandon the second page. The drawings there appear rushed and painfully sloppy. Among Williamson's many western tales for Charlton, this one ranks among the worst. This story was later reprinted in
Gunfighters v3 #53. Other artists in this golden age western comic include Dick Giordano. This is 1 of 2
Six-Gun Heroes issues by
Williamson.
