Matt Baker sometimes used more conceptual thinking in his covers. The gorgeous example suggests the girl's predominance in the boys' minds, while maintaining her appeal and femininity. The corsage adds a splash of color in an otherwise muted palette. Inside are three Baker reprints: "Love Is Born" and "My One Little Mistake" from
Teen-age Romances #5, and "I Couldn't Give Up My Secret Love" from
Teen-age Romances #4. Other artists in this golden age romance comic include Lily Renee.
