Western Roundup v1 #13, 1956 - A local boy runs afoul of bank robbers, who tie him up in a nearby cave. Dale Evans searches for him at the behest of his worried mother. Russ Manning's art includes plenty of detail but his draftsmanship lacks the usual polish. On a positive note, the artist uses more open framed panels, bringing depth and variation to the layouts. Other features include Roy Rogers, Rex Allen and Gene Autry among others.
