Western Outlaws v2 #9, 1954 - Much to the ire of the sheriff, an outlaw commits a string of thefts and avoids being caught. Joe Kubert delivers a disappointing work, lacking in effort snd poorly composed. Glimpses of his style emerges sporadically, but for the most part his pencils are buried beneath an insensitive inker's hand.
