Glimpses of his style emerges sporadically, but for the most part his pencils are buried beneath an insensitive inker's hand. I really like this cover, the cowering antagonist and the slightly effete marshal, he look as if he's about to dance. The pasodoble of course, there's not much ambiguity over roles here, the matador and bull are clearly defined.

Joe Maneely did a fine job and is one of the most underrated artists at Atlas, in my opinion.
