Weird Horrors v1 #7, 1953 - Can an executed killer come back from the grave to exact his vengeance? Joe Kubert's illustrates this crime tale in his distinctive, impressionistic style. Narrated by a news reporter, the captions appear in typewriter text, sometimes crowding the artwork. Most impressive is Kubert's opening panel of the killer closing in on his next victim (see interior page below). Other artists in this golden age comic include Lou Cameron, William Ekgren and Bob Forgione.
