Superboy (and the Legion of Super-Heroes) v1 #237, 1978 - With their patron R. J. Brande held for ransom, the Legionnaires must agree to a series of tasks dictated by his kidnapper.
Walt Simonson's hand is evident in most of the technology shown in the story (see interior page below). Faces and figures, however, are unrecognizable and lack consistency. Due to an insensitive inker, Simonson's work overall falls entirely below expectations. This bronze age comic includes cover art by Mike Grell. This is 1 of 1
