Doc Savage v3 #5 - Neal Adams, Marshall Rogers art

Doc Savage v3 #5, 1976 - Following the comic book series, this magazine continues the Man of Bronze's adventures. Marshall Rogers draws the hero and various characters, on the inside front cover (see interior page below). The elongated figures and overall style suggest it was perhaps done earlier in the artist's career. Meanwhile, Neal Adams' frontispiece is loosely pencilled but equally noteworthy. Other artists in this issue include Tony DeZuniga and Ken Barr (cover). This is number 1 of 1 Doc Savage issues with Rogers art and/or covers and number 1 of 1 Doc Savage issues with Adams art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Adams, Rogers or Doc Savage issues.
