Iron Fist v1 #2, 1975 - Recalling his martial arts training, Iron Fist also remembers his encounter with sentient plant life from a forbidden valley. John Byrne muddles his way through the story, often using uninspired drawings and repetitive layouts. His pencils do show a marked improvement from the previous issue, much of it due to Frank Chiaramonte's finishing touches. Other artists in this bronze age comic include cover artist Gil Kane.
