Daredevil v1 #166, 1980 - Though appropriate that Daredevil fights the Gladiator in a Roman arena,
Frank Miller's drawing appears hurried, especially compared to his interior story. Some pages are busier than others but well-composed nonetheless. Miller's most impressive display is the hero's amazing acrobatics (see interior page below). The largest panel in the story (not including the opening splash), it clearly shows the artist's growing confidence with the character. This is 8 of 33
