1st Issue Special #11

First Issue Special v1 #11 featuring Code Name Assassin, 1976 - No Nestor Redondo art, despite what some comic book price guides say. The credits on the opening splash state the artist(s) as "The Redondo Studio" and the letters page towards the back of the book reaffirms this fact. It's common knowledge Redondo had several Filipino artists working with him and their collaborative efforts were often credited to the studio. However, upon closer inspection, no pages or panels appear to been drawn by Nestor Redondo himself (see interior page below). Mike Grell's cover on this bronze age comic is one of his least memorable.
