Adventures of Jerry Lewis #101 - Neal Adams art, mis-attributed Adams cover

Adventures of Jerry Lewis #101
Adventures of Jerry Lewis v1 #101, 1967 - Originally The Adventures of Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis, the series was renamed after the sole comedian by issue #41. Neal Adams begins one of his earliest runs for DC, similarly continuing the style of talented series artist Bob Oksner. His own contemporary and more realistic approach emerges in panels here and there, mostly in the foreshortening and the inking details. While perhaps less forceful than his superhero works, these Adams issues are nonetheless fascinating. Despite the claim of some comic book guides, Oksner, not Adams, is the cover artist. This is 1 of 4 Adventures of Jerry Lewis issues by Adams.
