Strange Tales #164 - Jim Steranko art

Strange Tales v1 #164 featuring Nick Fury & Doctor Strange, 1968 - Armed with the Ultimate Annihilator, the Yellow Claw sets his aim on destroying Manhattan. Jim Steranko draws each page and panel in excruciating detail, showcasing his penchant for futuristic technology. From the villain's satellite command console (page 4) to Shield's advanced medical devices (see interior page below), the artist shows no lack of enthusiasm for the genre. Other artists in this issue include Dan Adkins. This is number 14 of 18 Strange Tales issues with Steranko art and/or covers.
