The series often depicted witches and hags on the covers, often juxtaposing them with young beautiful women. Redondo takes his turn on this theme, resulting in an extraordinary effort. Every highlight and shadow on the old woman's face is carefully delineated. Its complexity directly contrasts against against the smooth purity of the younger mask.
