The artwork slightly wanes in enthusiasm as Jack Kirby's run on this title draws near. The coloration on the first page is unusual and inconsistent, most likely a printing error. Some panels are simpler than others, with varying degrees of detail. Joe Kubert's hurried cover is completely unrelated to the story.
