Omac v2 #3, 1991 - Brother Eye relocates the time-displaced Buddy Blank, living in 1930s-era New York. After transforming into his alter ego, the one man army takes on the task of killing Adolph Hitler.
John Byrne rapidly kicks off the story with four superb splashes in a row. His drawings are astounding, using greytones and textures to compensate for the lack of color. Some of the most violent scenes are without dialogue, narration or sound effects. Byrne's use of silent panels are surprisingly effective without losing excitement. This is 3 of 4
