House of Secrets #147 - Alex Nino art

House of Secrets v1 #147, 1977 - Cursed with an unpredictable ability to turn invisible, a man turns to robbery to make the best use of it. The artwork has no loss of detail, but Alex Nino's drawings are less sensitive than usual. The inking seems quickly applied, leading to overly distorted faces and figures (see interior page below). On page 2, a flashback shows how the thief gains his powers. In this case, Nino's efforts are more representative of his talents. Other artists in this issue include Gray Morrow, Romeo Tanghal, Ernie Chan and Bill Draut. This is number 10 of 11 House of Secrets issues with Nino art and/or covers.
