Marvel Comics Presents Weapon X v1 #75, 1991 - Momentarily breaking free and murdering an attendant, Wolverine is once again secured by his captors. Barry Smith employs minimal color in the escape attempt, suggesting a recollection (see interior page below). Most impressive is the final page, where a three-paneled vertical sequence sets the stage for the next episode. Smith's cover is among his better designs. Other artists in this modern age comic include Dave Cockrum and Paul Gulacy.
