Thrill-O-Rama #2 - Al Williamson art

Thrill-O-Rama v1 #2 featuring the Pirana, 1966 - Hidden within this superhero-themed issue is a brief science fiction tale by Al Williamson. Clawfang, a barbarian from the Earth's primeval future, stands out from the rest of the book due to its artistry. Most of the panels contrast futuristic and neolithic settings, drawn in clear, crisp delineations. Williamson's storytelling skills are smooth, polished and consummately professional. Clawfang would next appear in Unearthly Spectaculars #2. Other artists in this issue include Jack Sparling. This is number 1 of 1 Thrill-O-Rama issues with Williamson art and/or covers.
