Although you gave it an "honorable mention", Strange Adventures 216 should be on the main list. You can make room for it if you simply write X-men 56-63 as a single listing. Then you have room for Brave and the Bold 85 (not just for the art but for the significant costume re-design), Avengers 93 (for Ant Man's "fantastic voyage" through the Vision), and the Green Lantern drug issues.
Strange Adventures #216 and Brave and the Bold #85 are two phenomenal efforts to be sure, and it was difficult culling this down to only ten. Avengers #93 is historically significant for the return of the original Avengers, the longer page count, and the beginning of the Kree-Skrull war storyline. But artistically, it just isn't his strongest. Of his short run on Avengers, Adams' best issue was #96. Thanks for sharing your opinions, though.
