Hot Wheels #6 - Neal Adams art & cover

Neal Adams
Hot Wheels v1 #6, 1971 - A young boy seeks the aid of Jack Wheeler, revealing himself as the prince of a small European nation. Neal Adams steps in to draw the last issue of this series. More realistic in approach than his predecessor, the artist nonetheless keeps to the established character designs. Adams' spread of an overturning car and subsequent chase scenes are nicely paced. Regardless (and perhaps due to the holiday theme), his pencils are more approachable as well. This issue also includes artwork by Ric Estrada and Dick Giordano. This is 2 of 2 Hot Wheels issues by Adams.
