Conan the Barbarian v1 #58, 1976 - Fleeing Argossean soldiers, Conan boards a merchant ship bound for the Black Coast. While at sea, pirates attack under the command of a Shemite woman. Belit makes her deubt amid the chaos and carnage. Matching Conan in savagery and ambition, she becomes one of the title's few recurring female characters.
