Tarzan v1 #141, 1964 - A renegade subject tries to hoard the kingdom's grain seed, forcing Dan-el into a duel to the death. Though only five pages, Russ Manning's typically sharp drawings tell the story with clarity and interest. Frameless panels (see interior page below) and changing viewpoints also benefit this Brothers of the Spear tale. Other artists in this silver age comic include Jesse Marsh. Cover by George Wilson.
