Adventures of Jerry Lewis v1 #104 - Neal Adams dc 1960s comic book cover art
Neal Adams
Adventures of Jerry Lewis v1 #104, 1967Neal Adams' variations of Jerry Lewis make an eye-catching cover while ably capturing his likeness. Two splash pages accompany the inside story, although no more or less impactful than the rest of the artwork. Funny and outrageous, Adams' drawings include parodies of many historical, literary and popular characters including Abraham Lincoln, Sherlock Holmes and Edward G. Robinson. Additionally, a single page gag midway through the issue takes a swipe at Pablo Picasso's Cubism. Other artists in this silver age comic include Bob Oksner. This is 4 of 4 Adventures of Jerry Lewis issues by Adams.
