Superboy #157 - Wally Wood art, Neal Adams cover

Neal Adams
Superboy v1 #157, 1969 - In the attempt to save a rare albino gorilla, Superboy inadvertantly gives a fellow student super powers. The plot is a bit convoluted, but Wally Wood does his best to enhance the visuals. Perhaps the most interesting page is a montage of athletic feats by the newly strengthed Bash Bashford. Neal Adams' cover reflects a scene from the interior story, more realistically portrayed. This is number 4 of 8 Superboy issues with Wood art and/or covers.
