Man-Thing v1 #11, 1974 - Metallic masked men pursue a young woman seeking refuge in the swamp. Mike Ploog ends his run on this series with an exemplary cover. A close-range blast becomes the scene's focal point while eerily illuminating the title character. Inside, Ploog's work falters from poorly delineated inking. Some panels are better than others, especially those featuring the Man-Thing in action (see interior page below).
