Iron Man v1 #197, 1985 - The hero moves forward toward an unseen foe, his transistors at full power. The light from the white-hot rays obscures his hands while illuminating his armor. Though minimal, John Byrne's cover has an unspoken elegance and grace. The limited color palette also puts emphasis the lone figure.
