Girls Love Stories v1 #143, 1969 - Seeing a handsome stranger on a train, Tina has an afternoon makeout session with him. Without knowing his name, she tries and fails to forget him. That is, until he suddenly enters her life again. Wally Wood's inks elevate the pencils significantly. The artist adds more richness and contrast, even on unframed sequenced panels (see interior page below). Surprisingly, Wood has yet to be credited for this work in many comic guides. Other artists in this issue include Ernie Colón, Win Mortimer, Bernard Sachs and Jay Scott Pike. Cover by Nick Cardy.
