Exciting Comics v1 #51, 1946 - Obsessed with money, a man hires a hobo to burn his neighbor's house down. The vagrant has other plans that involve murder. Coincidentally, Diana Adams' car breaks down nearby when she hears a scuffle. Donning a mask and cape, she becomes Miss Masque to stop both men. This story marks her first appearance and was drawn by Lin Streeter. Other artists in this issue include Ed Moritz, Pete Costanza, Al Hartley, Bob Oksner and Al Camy.
