Beverly Hillbillies v1 #1, 1963 - The Clampett family finds oil on their rural homestead and become instant millionaires. Starring Buddy Ebsen, Irene Ryan, Max Baer and Donna Douglas, this television comedy made its debut in 1962. Comic book versions of tv shows were often short-lived, but Beverly Hillbillies ran for a respectable 21 issues. This Bill Fraccio story was drawn by Tony Tallarico. Photo cover.
