I Am The Guard v1 #NN (no number), 1960 - A one-shot issue, this comic was given away free to interested citizens. Educating them about the National Guard and its history, it also served as a recruitment device. Out of sixteen total pages (which includes the cover and back cover), a nineteen year old Neal Adams drew twelve of them. He struggles with an emerging style, but the two page "I Flew MIG Alley" is his best work on the issue.
