Happy Days v1 #1, 1979 - Set in the 1950s, this sitcom dominated tv ratings during the 1970s. The show centered around a typical American household in the post-war era. Richie Cunningham (played by Ron Howard) navigates through his teen years in high school with the support of his friends and family. The cover of this first issue spotlights Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzerelli (Henry Winkler), a biker and rebel who became the most popular character on the show. All stories were drawn by Bill Williams.
