Spider-woman v1 #1, 1978 - Fresh from her first appearance in Marvel Spotlight #38, Jessica Drew breaks from affiliation with Hydra and finds herself alone and without finances in London. This first issue builds upon her initial origin, including her ties to the High Evolutionary and Mordred the Mystic. Meanwhile, a Shield agent takes an interest in her.
