Invaders v2 #1, 1975 - Fresh off of their formation in Giant-size Invaders #1, Captain America, Bucky, Human Torch, Toro and Sub-Mariner fight the Nazis in on the European continent. The opening scenes depict their assistance in fending off enemy bombers over England. The title references Richard Wagner's opera and introduces Germanic gods into the storyline.
