Partridge Family v1 #1, 1971 - Following the ABC tv show that debut the year before, this first issue brings Shirley Partridge, Laurie, Tracy, Christopher and David Cassidy to comics. Even their befuddled agent Reuben Kinkade appears in the new stories. Note that on others versions of this comic, the cover photo is printed in black and white. Given Charlton's history of production woes, I'm not entirely surprised. Don Sherwood wrote and drew the stories, careful to capture the likenesses of each actor.
