Atom v1 #1, 1962 - Exiled from his own dimension, Jason Woodrue uses his knowledge of plants to commit fantastic crimes. Ray Palmer intervenes in costume, only to discover wood nymphs at his command. This first issue, following the Atom's first three appearances in Showcase, has one full length feature rather than the typical pair of shorter stories. Woodrue would later become the Floronic Man.
