Harlem Globetrotters v1 #1, 1972 - In the 1970s, the real life basketball troupe was popular enough to warrant their own Saturday morning cartoon. The Hanna-Barbera show featured real characters Meadowlark Lemon, Curly Neal and others traveling the world and solving disputes through basketball games.
