Barnyard Comics #17 - Frank Frazetta art

Barnyard Comics #17
Barnyard Comics v1 #17, 1948 - Of the three illustrations by Frank Frazetta, both "The Talking Giraffe" and "The Kitten Who Wanted to Swim" are notable for their draftsmanship. The characters are expressive and engaging (see interior page below). Frazetta's layouts also make best use of the allotted space. By comparison, "Bold Brave Moose" is competently drawn but a bit lacking in detail. This issue also includes cover artwork by Jack Bradbury. This is 5 of 16 Barnyard Comics issues by Frazetta.
