Marvel Super-Heroes #95 |
Marvel Super-Heroes v2 #95, 1981 - Primarily reprints, this series later featured older stories from Incredible Hulk. This issue is no exception, but due to story continuity a new splash page had to be drawn. Without credit, Frank Miller fulfills the task in his early graphic style. Simple at first glance, the splash succeeds due to its sheer boldness. Inker Klaus Janson reinforces this, lending weight to the ancient Sphinx in the background. The rest of the issue reprints Incredible Hulk #145. Other artists in this copper age comic include Herb Trimpe. This is 1 of 1 Marvel Super-Heroes issues by Miller.
