In a separate tale, Rocky of the Challengers is endowed with super powers after a chemical experiment. Jack Kirby's cover is slightly better than his story art. With some exceptions, Martin Stein's inks are more overwhelming than usual. Several scenes lose some of Kirby's original spontaneity. This is 3 of 8 Challengers of the Unknown issues by Kirby.
