Brave and the Bold #2 |
Brave and the Bold v1 #2, 1955 - Unmanned ships mysteriously sail into the harbor, while the Viking Prince investigates the possibility of a trick or future attack. Joe Kubert struggles with the character, trying to find his own unique interpretation. Some pages are finely detailed, suh as the opening splash and the interior page below. Other scenes are lacking in enthusiasm and effort. This story was later reprinted in Best of Brave and the Bold #3. Other artists in this golden age comic include Russ Heath. This is 2 of 33 Brave and the Bold issues by Kubert.
