Journey into Mystery v1 #125, 1966 - Hercules appears on Earth, vying for the affections of Jane Foster when a jealous Thor arrives. Jack Kirby's pencils are once again marred by Vince Colletta. Lack of depth and detail abound in both this story and the Tales of Asgard five-pager. Kirby's cover is among his most simplistic of the era. This story was later reprinted in Marvel Treasury Edition #3. Next issue becomes the first issue of Thor's first self-titled series. This is 95 of 95 Journey Into Mystery issues by Kirby.
