Ned Leeds also returns from Europe, vying for the affection of Betty Brandt. Steve Ditko makes enough variances with the six panel grid to make the layouts interesting. As usual, his drawing style lends itself nicely to acrobatic fight scenes. Ditko continues to display an enthusiasm for the series, including his risky semi-underwater battle on the cover.
