| Marshall Rogers |
Amazing World of DC Comics v1 #16, 1977 - Covering the golden age of comics, this edition contains articles on various characters from the era. By this time, most of these are owned by DC. Marshall Rogers outdoes himself with the wrap-around cover. Exceptional in both drawing and design, the artist captures and commemorates the era perfectly. Note that Superman's pose comes directly from the cover of his first issue. Roger's illustration was later reprinted in All-Star Squadron #38. Other artists in this bronze age fanzine include Joe Staton. This is 1 of 1 Amazing World of DC Comics issues by Rogers.
