Dan-El and fifty warriors accompany Natongo through ancient mountain caverns to arrive at his kingdom. Russ Manning's softer linework typically falls just below expectations. In this case, he compensates by a few superbly designed scenes, including a view of an ancient royal tomb and a stampeding rhinoceros.
