| Tarzan #100 |
Tarzan v1 #100, 1958 - King Molithi reunites his two separate armies, while Dan-El tries to catch up with his own warriors headed back home. An attack by armed Tuaregs temporarily delays his departure. Russ Manning's drawings are noticeably mediocre, without a single panel worth noting. Layouts and overall linework fail to elicit excitement from the reader. Like many Dell comics of the era, there is no indication this is a milestone issue. Other artists in this issue include Jesse Marsh (on the lead Tarzan feature). Photo cover.- - - - - - - - - -
