Frank Miller |
Sin City: That Yellow Bastard v1 #6, 1996 - Tainted yellow from questionable surgeries and medicines, Senator Roark's sociopathic son returns to take Nancy hostage. Hardigan tracks them to the infamous family farm where all mayhem breaks loose. In this final chapter, the larger page count can't compensate for the lack of careful sequencing. Frank Miller seems more hurried, his drawings a tad less clear and precise. The experiment of having a single character in color has been done in film, but kudos to Miller for bringing the idea into comics so effectively. This is 6 of 6 Sin City: That Yellow Bastard issues by Miller.
