Frank Miller |
Sin City: That Yellow Bastard v1 #5, 1996 - Desperately looking for Nancy, Hartigan finally finds her at a strip club doing what she does best. Unfortunately, he's also led his yellow antagonist right to her. Frank Miller's efforts result in another superb work of film noir in comics. His two page spread and frequent splash pages are not only aesthetically pleasing, but make sense in the overall storytelling. While the cover typography diminishes the scene, it's still an overall improvement from the initial issues in the series. This is 5 of 6 Sin City: That Yellow Bastard issues by Miller.
