 Flintstones v2 #37, 1975 - In his early days at Charlton Comics, John Byrne was often assigned to do the illustrations for text stories. As in this case, they mostly occurred in the humor genre. These two pages for "The Wonder Wagon" are simple and unpolished. The inking and brushwork are roughly applied. Still, there's more detail than one would expect from such a small contribution to the issue. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Ray Dirgo. Cover by Dirgo.
